A: Related but a different shape. Advisory is conversation- and review-led. DIY Support subscriptions (Pro $99 / Power $199) are ongoing plans where you keep doing the books and Melissa supports you on a set rhythm - sign up at plans.tenleyconsulting.com.

Q: Can I just book a one-off call?

A: Yes. Discovery is free (30 minutes). Virtual calls are $85 (60 minutes). Standard in-person calls are $100 (60 minutes).

Q: Will you tell me if I should outsource instead?

A: Absolutely. Fit comes first. If full-cycle bookkeeping or payroll would serve you better, we will say so.

Q: What software do you coach in?

A: QuickBooks Online is primary. Payroll guidance draws on experience with most payroll providers.
